The food was delicious. Everything we ate was good. Especially the shrimp Biriyani. If you're looking for some good Indian/Bengali food this is the place. The server was patient, friendly and nice. They even gave us a free dessert alongside with our order of rice pudding. The atmosphere was a decorated open asian restaurant.
Food: try the Chicken 65 biryani and Tandoori Chicken thank me later Service: 9/10 Ambiance: 9/10
Popped in for dinner one late evening. I wasn't expecting much from the restaurant. They advertise too many cuisines. First Impression, the exterior of the building does need some Indian décor. Walking in to the main door this place is surprisingly huge. They have two attached banquet rooms with a separate entrance. They have a separate buffet dining area. Dining area was very clean. Several thumbs up for having plates, glasses and silverware that had no water marks. The menu has a lot of variety. The menu has a mix of Indian and Indo Chinese entrees. We ordered Nihari and Naan. They had an interesting take on Nihari. They smoked it. Naan was fresh and fluffy. We ordered several other stuffed breads. They were on point. We will go again to try other entrees.
Al Shahi Palace was wonderful! Don't let the cuisine list throw you. it is Indian with a few Asian dishes. it was seriously the best Indian food I have had outside of England. The gravy/sauces were beautiful in color and taste. layers upon layers of flavors. you can tell they use clean fresh ingredients. A+++
This is a Bengali and Indian cusine combination! I liked the ambiance along with the serving portion size. My favorite items were the chicken Lollipops and fusion lassis. It's great to host a parties here
